2025 Spring Semester 'Bears Love Reading' Express Through Art County Magistrate Award Exhibition

The Nantou County Government Cultural Affairs Bureau collaborates with the 18°C Cultural Foundation to organize the 'Bears Love Reading' Reading Passport Program. The 'Express Through Art' component invites students to create drawings and write reflections. Students become eligible after completing the minimum reading threshold in the 'Reading Points Collection' activity, with qualifications verified by their school teachers. Students create artwork and write reflections on 8-kai drawing paper, encouraging them to unleash their imagination through reading and develop independent creative skills. By participating in this illustrated reading and sharing activity, the program promotes a culture of reading and enhances students' writing and critical thinking abilities. For the 2025 spring semester, 36 outstanding reflection writers were selected for the County Magistrate Award. The winning works are now on display—everyone is welcome to visit the library and enjoy the creative reflections of these award-winning students!
