Banxian Old Town Celebration Capital Culture Festival – Changhua Old Town International Street Parade Carnival
I. Purpose: To invite citizens to step outdoors and encourage schools, communities, groups, and families to participate in the lantern parade, fostering an understanding of the city's history, culture, and development while achieving educational fun and community cohesion.
II. Organizer: Changhua City Office
III. Activity Content: Freely conceive lantern creations paired with various group styles. Through the lantern parade, drive away darkness and light up the path to celebrate the new year and pray for peace and health.
IV. Date: March 7, 2026 (Saturday) evening
V. Parade Route: Xuguang West Road (in front of Chenggong Community) -> Minsheng South Road -> Minsheng Road -> Yongle Street (Scoring Point: in front of Qingan Temple) -> Minzu Road -> Xiaoyang Road -> Xuguang West Road (Evening Gala site).
