2026 Shin Kong Mitsukoshi 新光三越 Children's Creative Art Competition
Introduction
Little painters assemble! From February 1st to March 20th, online registration and physical submission are open. With no restriction on creative themes, children of the same age in kindergartens and elementary schools across Taiwan can participate. Winning works will be exhibited on a tour at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi 新光三越, and there is even a chance to be sent to the "World Children's Art Exhibition" in Japan for international competition!
● Theme: No theme restriction; participants choose their own titles.
● Categories: No restriction on creative media. Painting, collage, ink wash painting, art design, and other creative media are all eligible; however, printmaking and computer graphics are excluded; submissions in these categories will not be judged.
● Groups: Kindergarten Group (Preschool), Elementary Lower Grades Group, Elementary Middle Grades Group, and Elementary Upper Grades Group—four groups in total.
● Specifications: Limited to 4-cut drawing paper (approx. 53×39 cm). Ink wash works must be mounted on backing paper by the participant; other works do not need framing.
● Quantity: Each participant is limited to one entry. If duplicate entries are found after selection, the organizer will select the best one and remove the others.

● Submission Dates: February 1st (Sun) – March 20th (Fri), 2026.
● Registration: Unified online registration and physical submission system (see official website | https://reurl.cc/GXLpWx). During the submission period, please submit works using one of the following methods:
1. In-person: Please visit the 1F Service Desk of any Shin Kong Mitsukoshi 新光三越 store in Taiwan. (For Taipei Xinyi Place, please go to the 1F Service Desk of Hall A8)
2. By Mail: 7F, No. 19, Songgao Rd., Xinyi Dist., Taipei City 110, "Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Children's Creative Art Competition – Event Team" (Submission time is based on the postmark).
● The registration inquiry system will open for online search on March 31st.
