Adult Advanced Calligraphy Class (成人書法進階班)

＊Grip and Brush Movement: Students will understand the basic methods of gripping and moving the brush, and develop good sitting posture.
＊Eight Principles of Yong: Learn the basic strokes of calligraphy - the Eight Principles of the character 'Yong': dot (ce), horizontal (le), vertical (nu), hook (ti), upward (ce), long down-stroke (lue), short down-stroke (zhuo), and press (zhe), along with folding methods.
＊Stroke Faults: Students will be able to identify and avoid common stroke faults.
＊Introduction to Scripts: Students will learn the characteristics of Oracle Bone Script, Bronze Script, Seal Script, Clerical Script, Cursive Script, Regular Script, and Running Script, and learn how to appreciate the beauty of calligraphy.
＊Work Formats: Students will know various formats for calligraphy works, stimulating their creative desire.
＊Colophon Basics: Students will learn the common knowledge of colophons (signatures), positions, terminology, fonts, and the use of seals.
