ART-LIGHTING II Lighting Plan - Zhongping Road Story House (中平路故事館) "Zhongli Guardian Beast (中壢守護獸)" Exhibition (20251225-20260308)

The "Zhongli Guardian Beast Lighting Plan" uses the Zhongping Road Story House as its exhibition venue, combining the original character IP "Zhongli Guardian Beast" to present Zhongli's urban image of freedom, diversity, and inclusion through outdoor lighting installations. The lanterns appear as three-dimensional sculptures by day and glow throughout by night, lighting up the courtyard of the historic building and creating a warm and quiet night landscape.
This exhibition uses weather-resistant materials and solar-powered designs, integrating co-creative elements from local schoolchildren and the public to transform urban memories and emotions into light and shadow, shaping a new highlight of Zhongli's nocturnal culture while echoing environmental sustainability and local cultural promotion goals.

A lightbox installation co-created with students from Xinjie Elementary School is also on display, featuring unique works titled "Zhongli in My Eyes" and "Zhongli Impressions" texts left by exhibition visitors. It combines the imagination and blessings for Zhongli from different generations, allowing the human landscape to continue shining in the district.
