Bang Pop Pop Pop! The Microcosm of Sound
The universe was originally quiet. With a bang, the world has been noisy ever since.
Today, the Earth is filled with all kinds of bustling sounds: high or low, loud or soft; sometimes familiar, sometimes strange; sometimes liked, sometimes annoying.
However, for a long time, vision has dominated other senses, and omnipresent sounds are easily forgotten. If you "open" your ears, stroll through city streets with hearing, and draw a soundscape map, you will be surprised by the diversity of sounds in daily life: the ding-dong of convenience stores, the honking of cars, the bustling shouts of markets, the beeping of MRT entrances and exits, the tooting of ship whistles, the surging waves crashing... multiple mixed sounds weave into a symphony. Constructing a city with soundscapes, sound travels through walls, flies through space, and perceives the unknown unique facets of the city.
"Bang! Pop Pop Pop - The Microcosm of Sound" combines hearing and vision, attempting through artists' creations to lead the imagination of sound, explore sound, and awaken the multi-layered experience of the senses, so that ears on 24-hour standby are not lazy!
