Starring Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music (傳藝金曲獎) winner Lin Cheng-hsing (林政興), Sheng Ping Wu Chou Yuan (昇平五洲園) adapts the classic myth 'The Magic Lotus Lantern' (寶蓮燈) into a parent-child Puppet Theater (布袋戲). The work combines traditional puppet skills with modern expression techniques, conveying values of courage and growth through the moving story of 'Chen Hsiang Rescuing His Mother' (沉香救母), leading the audience to experience the beauty of traditional art in a fantasy adventure.
