Cannibalism, Metamorphosis, and Spell Imagery - Kuo Teng-hui (郭藤輝) Exhibition

Kuo Teng-hui (郭騰輝) mainly creates with oil paint and mixed media, with "Cannibalism Imagery," "Metamorphosis Imagery," and "Spell Imagery" as the creative themes. "Cannibalism Imagery" is a reflection on social cases, using free-form techniques, overlapping multi-images, and extremely free combinations, regardless of rules, to present the imagery of cannibalism. "Metamorphosis Imagery" is inspired by images related to butterfly metamorphosis, using three-dimensional multi-structures and media to break through the tradition of a single screen and present the imagery of metamorphosis. "Spell Imagery" uses symbolic images and automatic writing properties to freely spray elements related to spells on the screen, without needing to decipher their meaning, but intuitively sensing them.
