Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau (彰化縣文化局) 2026 Spring Arts and Culture Workshop (January–March)

Activity Introduction:
Target Audience: Interested members of the public are welcome to register.
Registration: Fill out the registration form. Registration is available in person, by phone, fax, or online. Fees must be paid in full before the class starts.

Registration Period: From now until before the class starts (closes early if full)
Location: County Library Study Room. Marked with ★ is the Nanguan and Beiguan Music and Theater Center (南北管音樂戲曲館), ▲ is the Dacheng Story House (大成故事館) (details subject to change)
(1) In case of force majeure such as natural disasters or typhoons, classes will follow the county government's announcement of suspension without separate notice, and the original course will be postponed.
(2) If a class does not reach the minimum number of students, the bureau will notify for a full refund or transfer; please bring the receipt.
(3) Fees must be paid before class. Except for being unable to attend due to military service summons (for which a refund can be requested before the activity), no refunds will be given for other reasons.
(4) Auditing or trial classes are not permitted. One registration is for one person only. Please do not bring family members.
(5) Fees: New classes will be charged as new students.
(6) Civil servant lifelong learning hours can be registered. (Please provide your ID number to the workshop staff during class to facilitate registration; no separate notice will be sent)
