The delicate and warm design concept and layout of this exhibition center on writer Chen Chien-wu's living room and study. Supplemented by new AI technology, precious historical literary content—such as writer Chen Chien-wu's manuscripts and video archives of literary events—is presented through digital means like interactive photo frames and electronic bookshelves, providing readers with a highly interactive dynamic narrative.
Originally static documents, combined with visual and auditory guidance and immersive exhibition conditions, become more self-evident. It not only shortens the distance between readers and history but further demonstrates the charm and characteristics of time being irreversible yet accessible.
The exhibition also recreates a "refrigerator message" area, reflecting how Chen Chien-wu and his wife, often busy with official duties, passed messages to each other. Readers are welcome to leave their own footprints using "refrigerator messages" on the board with Chen Chien-wu.
Mr. Chen Chien-wu, who was dedicated to literary promotion and education and created a sounder, richer creative environment for future generations, left behind a spirit of profound and passionate creation. He continues to nourish Taichung literature, constantly injecting creative energy into fields such as poetry, criticism, and drama.
