Pianists Chen Tzu-yun and Lin Ya-hui, united by their shared passion, join forces for this two-piano concert to fulfill their love for music and dedication to artistic pursuit. The repertoire spans from classical to modern eras, featuring Mozart’s Piano Sonata arranged by Grieg, Debussy’s arrangement of Saint-Saëns’ Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso, Ravel’s La Valse, and American composer William Bolcom’s playful 'Recuerdos'. Selections from Arensky’s suites and Rachmaninoff’s Suite No. 2 further showcase the brilliant and vibrant energy of the two-piano format. With a pure musical heart and the rich timbres of two pianos, the duo transforms their friendship into music, leading the audience through a journey of diverse styles and deep emotions to feel the warmth and power blooming between the notes.
