Craft Play Party: Children's Craft Inclusive Space
'Craft Play Party' centers on the five-sense experience of craftsmanship, merging playfulness, interactivity, and education to create the nation's first permanent space based on the concept of children's crafts. It subverts traditional visit modes, allowing children to get close to crafts through games and understand culture through interaction. The exhibition uses the works of craft master Yen Shui-long as the starting point for craft education. Through experience designs such as mosaic tile magnet walls, weaving interactive walls, and plant-dyed soft blocks, it guides children to operate by hand, feel material characteristics, and cultivate focus and imagination. The exhibition venue is also developing toward a visually impaired-friendly design, using touchable and perceptible display forms so that crafts naturally integrate into daily life, becoming a warm and profound cultural force accompanying children's growth.
