I. Calligraphy Creation by Lin Rong-zong (林榮宗)
Teacher Lin Rong-zong's works not only focus on structure and composition but also emphasize the emotional flow and philosophical expression contained in the writing process. Through continuous imitation and innovation, Teacher Lin has established his own style, with his brush and ink revealing deep cultural heritage and personal cultivation. His creations are both a tribute to the calligraphy of ancients and an interpretation and extension of contemporary calligraphy art.
II. Li Mei (李梅) and Sun Xiao-qin (孫小琴) Mother-in-Law and Daughter-in-Law Rush (藺草) Handicraft Inheritance
Weaving Content and Features:
Li Mei and Sun Xiao-qin, two generations of women, have jointly invested in rush weaving, not only continuing the traditional grass weaving techniques of Central Taiwan but also achieving a balance between practical daily use and aesthetic design. From rush mats and handbags to daily utensils, their works retain the traditional techniques of fine hand-weaving, with special emphasis on neat lines and harmonious patterns. The fragrance and natural color of the rushes are woven into warm pieces under their skillful hands.
