After six months, in response to everyone's enthusiastic requests, the 【Pipe Organ Secret Chamber Tour】 is back! Asia's largest pipe organ at Weiwuying took over three years to build by Johannes Klais Orgelbau, a century-old pipe organ manufacturer in Bonn, Germany.
This time, we will once again open that door not open to the public, inviting you into the most mysterious core space of the Weiwuying Concert Hall.
The tour will be personally led by renowned organist #Professor Hsin-Hung Liu. You will witness the massive internal structure of the pipe organ up close, feel the shock of a thousand pipes sounding together and the beauty of precision craftsmanship, and gain a deep understanding of pipe organ performance theory and characteristics. This is an unprecedented guided tour of the pipe organ's secret chamber, which will bring you an immersive experience of its majestic momentum and charm.
The Weiwuying Concert Hall pipe organ consists of two organs and three performance consoles, with nearly 10,000 pipes, over 120 stops, and pipes located in 9 regions; its massive scale is breathtaking. It is not only the largest concert hall pipe organ in Asia but also currently the only pipe organ in a concert hall worldwide that can invite 3 organists to perform on stage simultaneously.

Tour Sessions and Times

*Duration is approximately 90 minutes
Registration Time and Location
Check-in at the West Main Entrance on the 1st floor of the Concert Hall
Event Location: Concert Hall
Check-in starts 30 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth progress of the event, those who are more than 10 minutes late will not be able to participate and no refunds will be given.
Event Fee
$1,200/person (A commemorative pipe organ picture book will be given upon registration, Picture Book Introduction)
Limited spots, 30 people per session, until full.
Renowned Organist
Professor Hsin-Hung Liu
Professor Hsin-Hung Liu holds a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Washington. He has served as the Chairman of the Taiwan Chapter of the American Guild of Organists and the Taiwan Organist Association, and currently serves as a director for both. He is a full-time professor at the Tainan/Tainan Theological College and Seminary, and a visiting scholar and associate researcher at the University of British Columbia/Vancouver School of Theology in Canada.
