"Grandpa's Little Wooden Cat" Picture Book Storytelling - March 2026 (「外公家的小木貓」繪本說故事-115年3月)
When forest timber becomes furniture, what process lies behind it?
What is the connection between the forest and our daily lives?
Huoyanshan Ecological Education Center (火炎山生態教育館) specially invites the volunteer team from the Hsinchu Branch of the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency (林業及自然保育署新竹分署) to bring a warm 'Grandpa's Little Wooden Cat' picture book storytelling activity. Through picture book reading and five-sense experiences, we lead everyone to understand the mysteries of Taiwan's domestic wood and the value of sustainable forest management.
We invite children and adults to come to Sanyi (三義), to listen to stories, touch wood, and let Taiwan's forests enter your life!
Registration: On-site registration on the day, limited to 20 people per session, until full.
