Kaohsiung City Government Bureau of Cultural Affairs Gangshan Cultural Center 2026 Phase 1 Arts and Culture (Fine Arts) Workshop
◎ Registration: Online registration only.
◎ Registration Period: From 9:00 AM on January 5, 2026, to 9:00 PM on February 13, 2026. Registration will close early if the quota is reached.
◎ Registration Steps:
1. Please visit the center's workshop registration system at https://tpbfg.kcg.gov.tw/.
2. Student login (new students please sign up) Workshop registration Select category Select class Register (obtain registration "serial number").
3. After obtaining the serial number, payment must be made at the center's service desk within 3 days (including the day of registration). Registration is only successful upon completion of the payment process; failure to pay will be considered a waiver.

1. Service Desk, 1F, Gangshan Cultural Center. No. 43, Gangshan S. Rd., Gangshan Dist., Kaohsiung City. Tel: 07-6262620 ext. 9.
2. Tue–Sat: 9:00–20:00, Sun–Mon: 9:00–17:00.
3. Please keep the receipt until the end of the course.
◎ Transfer and Refund:
1. For those wishing to transfer classes or request a refund due to personal factors after registration, please bring the receipt by January 31, 2026 (overdue requests will not be processed). A handling fee of NT$50 will be deducted. Transfers are limited to once. Requests without a receipt will not be accepted.
2. February 4, 2026, marks the start of classes for this phase. Refund and transfer requests will not be accepted from this date onward.
3. If a class does not reach the minimum enrollment, it will be cancelled. Please bring the receipt to the center's service desk for a full refund within one week of notification.
◎ Workshop Period: Classes start sequentially from February 4, 2026, for a 12-week term. Students should attend according to the class start date; no further notice will be given.
◎ Venue: B1 Workshop Classrooms of the Center.
◎ Notes:
1. Parents are requested not to enter the workshop classrooms during children's workshops (except for parent-child classes).
2. Children are not allowed in the workshop classrooms during adult workshops.
3. To avoid disrupting the class order, auditing or trial classes are not permitted.
4. The fees listed in the brochure are for tuition. Tools, materials, and books required for the workshop are to be provided by the students themselves.
5. In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons, if the city government announces the suspension of work and classes, the workshop will also be suspended, and classes will be rescheduled; no further notice will be given.
6. The center reserves the right to change instructors.
7. Classes will be suspended once for the Lunar New Year holiday (2/18–2/21), 228 Memorial Day (2/27–2/28), Tomb Sweeping Holiday (4/3–4/4), and Labor Day (5/1–5/2). Courses will be extended to make up for missed sessions; no further notice will be given.
