Life Craft Hall (生活工藝館) - Lacquer Art DIY Workshop

The 2nd and 3rd floors of the Life Craft Hall (生活工藝館) provide spaces for those aspiring to enter the craft industry to engage in teaching, brand management, and creation. The facility focuses on experiential teaching workshops, supplemented by sales and creation. Resident artists plan craft experiences and study courses, encouraging the public to experience the beauty of crafts through hands-on practice.

Lacquer Art DIY Workshop
Lacquer has a long history dating back to the Neolithic period. The sap of the lacquer tree is natural and non-toxic, offering resistance to high temperatures, acids, alkalis, moisture, corrosion, fire, and water. Workshop projects include snack plates, lacquer chopsticks, paperweights, fans, and eco-bags, allowing participants to enjoy a therapeutic hand-making experience while creating unique lacquer art pieces.
