NanaFormosa Percussion Duo 那娜擊樂二重奏
NanaFormosa Percussion Duo consists of percussionists Chang Yu-ying 張育瑛 and Cheng Ya-hsin 鄭雅心. In 2009, they won the Bronze Medal in the Duo category at the Luxembourg International Percussion Competition, making them the first Taiwanese ensemble to receive an award in the history of this competition. NanaFormosa blends Eastern charm with Western techniques, rearranges classical repertoire, explores cross-over performances, and co-creates with emerging composers worldwide. Their performances have spanned Europe, Asia, and the Americas. In 2014, they released their debut album "Quiet Light" 《謐光》 via Muse Music 雅砌音樂 and participated in the cross-over album "Multi-dimensional Sprawl" 《多邊蔓延》 released by Wind Music 風潮唱片. In 2019, Universal Music 環球音樂 released their second album "Moon Heart" 《懷月之心》, which was nominated for Best Arrangement, Best Composer, and Best Recording at the 31st Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music (傳藝金曲獎) in 2020. Their 2022 video concerts "Beat Intimacy: Unboxing Salon" 《超擊親密・開箱沙龍》 and "Ripples of Light" 《擊空明兮溯流光》 were nominated for the 1st Quanta Arts Foundation Cloud Stage Awards (廣藝基金會雲舞台獎) in 2023, with "Ripples of Light" winning the Gold Award in the Music category. In 2024, they produced the percussion-video cross-domain theater piece "A Day in the Floating Town of Gada Avia" 《漂浮小鎮嘉德阿威亞的一天》. They are My Yamaha and My Music collaborative artists and members of ISCM-Taiwan. Guest percussionist for the trio repertoire in this performance is Tsai Fang-yun 蔡方昀, a young musician who frequently collaborates with NanaFormosa and recently performed in "Resonance Project: Beating" 《共振計劃：拍頻》 by One Song Arts 一公聲藝術。
