Nakagawa Miyuu × Nishikido Ryo × Yamanaka Takashi recreate the major trial that shocked all of Japan.

In the 1960s, for the upcoming Tokyo Olympics, the Japanese government took drastic measures to clean up social morals and enacted the "Anti-Prostitution Act." However, this law targeting women left a loophole for transgender workers known as "Blue Boys." The police turned their attention to Dr. Akagi, who performed gender-reassignment surgeries for them, arresting him on charges of violating the "Eugenics Protection Act." To defend Dr. Akagi, lawyer Kano traveled around, asking the "Blue Boys" who had undergone surgery to testify in court. Through the questioning in the courtroom, from "Is the surgery legal?" to "Who am I?", their steadfast presence provided a shocking education for all of Japan.
