Date: 2026-01-01 — 2026-03-10 Organizer: (中華民國)葛飾北齋;(中華民國)歌川國芳;(中華民國)歌川廣重
Created by a Japanese team from the birthplace of Ukiyo-e (浮世繪), an artistic feast blending tradition and innovation is about to unfold!
The "Moving Ukiyo-e" exhibition brings together classic paintings from Edo (江戶) to Meiji (明治) period Ukiyo-e masters such as Katsushika Hokusai (葛飾北齋), Utagawa Kuniyoshi (歌川國芳), Utagawa Hiroshige (歌川廣重), Kitagawa Utamaro (喜多川歌麿), Toshusai Sharaku (東洲齋寫樂), and Utagawa Kunisada (歌川國貞), featuring over 300 original and representative works.
The exhibition combines physical masterpiece displays with beautiful and dazzling 3D CG animation and projection mapping technology, accompanied by original music with a strong Japanese flavor, creating a comprehensive immersive interactive space.
Viewers are not just "looking at paintings," but personally "walking into" the world of Ukiyo-e—traversing the streets and alleys of ancient Edo, feeling the heroic posture of samurai, the elegance of courtesans, and the wonders of famous scenic spots, experiencing a visual and sensory cultural festival.
A journey through time and space in Ukiyo, inviting you to witness the eternal charm of Japanese aesthetics!
