A glamorous city where residents are obsessed with wealth, class, and smelly cheese! However, legend has it that beneath their exquisite cobblestone roads live a group of "terrible" monsters who crawl out of the sewers every night to steal cheese from residents' homes! In fact, these monsters are very cute and shy creatures, and they like to hide in recyclable cardboard boxes. They adopted a human orphan, and this little boy became good friends with an adventurous girl from the upper world. They must build a communication bridge between monsters and humans, especially when human politicians incite the public to drive them away for votes...
