Adventurer Sir Lionel Frost (voiced by Hugh Jackman) considers himself the foremost investigator of myths and monsters. One day, he receives a mysterious anonymous letter, embarking on an expedition to find a legendary creature. He travels across mountains and rivers to the jungles of the Pacific Northwest in the United States, where he discovers a prehistoric beast 244 cm tall, weighing 295 kg, covered in long hair, and capable of human speech. This beast has many titles—some call him "Yeti," some call him "Bigfoot," and some call him "Mr. Link"—but his name is actually "Susan"... As an endangered species, Susan (voiced by Zach Galifianakis) is so lonely that he asks Lionel to take him to the distant Shangri-La to find his distant relatives, the "Yetis." The only clue to the map is in the hands of Lionel's old friend Adelina (voiced by Zoe Saldaña). Thus, this unlikely trio of Lionel, Susan, and Adelina embarks on a thrilling and hilarious "trippy" adventure across five continents!
