Regular Exhibition of Fengbitou Archaeological Site (鳳鼻頭考古遺址常態展)

The Fengbitou Site (鳳鼻頭遺址) in Linyuan, Kaohsiung, is one of the eleven national archaeological sites in Taiwan. Its rich multi-cultural layers fully demonstrate the evolutionary process of prehistoric culture in southern Taiwan. In 2021, the Ministry of Culture commissioned the Kaohsiung City Government to establish the "Fengbitou Archaeological Education Center" (鳳鼻頭考古教育館) as a promotion base for Fengbitou site education. After more than a year of planning and construction, it has been open to the public since February 24, 2023. The exhibition space combines site audio-visual information and displays of excavated artifacts, allowing visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the tools and life wisdom used by prehistoric humans.
