Professional creative teachers are invited to guide the public in creating lighting decorations using sustainable materials.
Through hands-on participation, participants can express their creativity and further understand traditional lantern culture and stories related to the Lantern Festival.
The completed lighting works are exhibited at the Xianguang 2nd Village Military Dependents' Village Cultural Park (憲光二村眷村文化園區), lighting up the park through collective creation and building a festive atmosphere.
