A resident returning from afar stands by the ditch at the village entrance. In an instant, he forgets whether he had ever left this place, unable to distinguish whether he is on this side or the other bank of this ditch. The only thing certain is that to return to the hometown, one must step forward — pass through (Gue-kau).
An amplification loudspeaker is installed on the utility pole in front of the house, and the village slowly starts broadcasting music...
Things happening on this land are firmly remembered by the residents through music and sound.

Jing WU (吳靜依)
From Chiayi (嘉義), she is an actress and a singer-songwriter. With years of experience in theater, she has been exposed to various performing arts types, from which she absorbs experience and nutrients, and has begun to extend her personal musical creations. Her songs are primarily in Taiwanese (Holo) supplemented by Mandarin, featuring a dramatic and visual narrative space and magical soundscapes.
Her performances were nominated for the Most Promising Newcomer Award in a Miniseries (TV Movie) at the 55th Golden Bell Awards (金鐘獎); in 2023, she received honors such as the Guling Street Avant-garde Theatre Annual Special Award. Her original song "Together (鬥陣)" won the Second Prize in the Holo Category of the 2021 Taiwan Original Music Award (臺灣原創流行音樂大獎); the music video for "Dreaming (陷眠)" won the Silver Award in the 2022 Ministry of Culture "Show Your Creativity" Online Performance; in 2023, she participated as a lyricist for the lead single "Daughter (千金)" from singer Nana Lee's (李千娜) album "About You (關・與妳)".
In 2024, she released her solo mini-album "The Unseen (冥冥)", in which the song "Ripples in Chest (水泱)" won the Jury's Recommendation Award at the 2nd StreetVoice (街聲) Annual Trend Awards.
