This is a family film shot from a daughter's perspective. Nien-hua (念樺) has never seen her father since birth and lived with her mother and sister in a community called "Long Way Home" (萬歲家庭). Growing up, love and violence from family went hand in hand. Secrets that grew from years of silence became a crack between the three women that was hard to look at directly. One day, Nien-hua (念樺) received a message from her long-lost father and decided to pick up a camera to get closer to her family, who are both intimate and distant.
