Champion, who lost his parents at a young age, is always melancholic. To cheer him up, his grandmother Madame Souza, who lives with him, adopts a stray dog named "Bruno" to keep him company. When she discovers Champion is obsessed with cycling, she immediately buys one for him, which indeed makes him ecstatic. Madame Souza decides to dedicate herself to training Champion. Under her painstaking training, Champion transforms from a chubby boy into an athlete. While participating in the Tour de France as planned, he is kidnapped by the Mafia. To rescue Champion, Madame Souza and her loyal dog follow the kidnappers and unexpectedly arrive at the legendary Belleville, where they meet the once-famous "Triplets of Belleville." After hearing her bizarre story, they are filled with indignation and decide to join the rescue mission. A crazy, earth-shattering adventure thus begins...
